Geek Bar Depot – Simple, Secure Returns

At Geek Bar Depot, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Although our products undergo strict quality checks, we understand that sometimes returns or replacements are necessary. Our Refund Policy is designed to keep the process transparent and convenient.

Initiating a Return

Please email support@geekbardepot.com to reach our support staff if you would like to request a refund or exchange. Our representatives are ready to walk you through the steps and provide a return authorization before the item is sent back.

Refund Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to comfortably start a return or exchange. We're here to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process for you. To qualify for a refund, products need to be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. All refund requests must include proof of purchase.

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll work quickly to process your refund within 1–2 business days. Please be assured that approved refunds will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to the policies of your bank or card provider. We are committed to ensuring this process is as smooth and effortless as possible for you.

Return Limitations

To ensure fairness and product integrity, please note the following conditions:

  • Only one return or exchange may be processed per customer per month.
  • Refunds apply to orders valued up to $100, excluding shipping fees.
  • Flavor preference or taste-related returns are not eligible.
  • Please note that non-defective returns will incur a 25% restocking fee and need to be unopened. We appreciate your understanding!

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and send us some photos of the issue. Once your case is approved, you can choose a replacement, store credit, or a full refund, all at no additional cost to you.

Lost, Stolen, or Incorrect Deliveries

Please note that Geek Bar Depot isn't responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. In the event of a lost or stolen package, it is advisable to contact the carrier directly for assistance. For any returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, we'll happily issue a refund once we receive the package. Orders shipped under free shipping terms may incur a 25% restocking fee. We're happy to assist you if you need any more help 

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, opened vape products, used disposables, and consumables cannot be returned once opened, unless defective upon delivery.
