Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within two to three business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding. High-volume periods may occasionally result in brief delays, but our team is committed to prompt shipping. If a significant delay happens, we’ll make sure to notify you promptly by phone or email away.

Shipping Coverage

Currently, Geek Bar Depot gladly ships all over the United States and its territories. Please note, we’re unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes, but rest assured, every order will be delivered straight to your preferred location.

Tracking Information

Once your order departs from our facility, you will receive an email with tracking details. Tracking links activate within 24 hours, allowing you to follow your shipment every step of the way.

Damaged or Lost Packages

While we carefully package all orders, Geek Bar Depot cannot take responsibility for those lost or damaged during transit. If something arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately and retain the packaging and goods for their claims process.

International Shipping

Currently, we can't ship internationally, but we truly appreciate your understanding. We're actively working to expand our shipping options and hope to include more destinations soon future.
